Time for a new screenshot thread as the old one was pretty full!

Same rules as always... NO FULL SIZE IMAGES! - They will be deleted. THUMBNAILS ONLY!

NOTE: These screenshots have nothing to do with the current screenshot competition that is being run by Jamesbuk.

Well, its been around 3/4 months since I last posted on here, so here are some of my recent shots (in no particular order)....

Great Shots as always Chris!

Here are a few shots from a quick circuit around SEA to test out if I painted the plane right, obviously the lines need to be darker and the cheatlines are off by a touch, and the nose gear doors need to be painted also, but that will be fixed.

That's all for now...more soon...

Great looking paint so far! I suggest the easy way to remedy the fuselage lines issue is to set that lines layer to “multiply” blending. It currently looks like it’s just on normal at the moment. That way the lines will automatically darken over the correct areas of the paint.

Hate to nitpick, Chris, but it looks like you may have too many DL 2007 color aircraft in your AI traffic! AFAIK, there are 3 mainline planes in those colors... Or did you just get lucky and score all 3 at once? Big grin

There was a package released on AVSIM, which contained textures for all DL aircraft types in the new colours for AI so I installed it. However, I still have a few 757's flying about in the 'NOC' livery.

Hi some nice shots by the way. This thread is also useful for those of us considering purchasing or downloading add-ons for FS, so can I ask that those posting pictures include whose model aircraft you are using (freeware or paywhere), and if any third party scenery is shown, who made it?

Many thanks.

Q for BAW076, in the first post you have a picture of an A310 Air Transat. Where did you get this model from?

I don't know if these kinds of things are welcome here, but what the heck:

This is a composite of an FS2004 Spad, FS2004 Albatros, and one of my photos. I painted in the smoke, tracers, damage, and remade the props because they were cut off when I cut out the planes. There was some major editing for the lighting/shadows. Hope you like it, I'll post some more if you do!  Smile

It has been a while since I have posted anything around here. These screenshots are from a flight from Malta (LMML/MLA) to Palermo (LICJ/PMO) with the Dreamwings E170. At Malta I was surprised to see 4 Canadian Air Force C130s on the ground, I am not sure why they are there.

A recent flight took me into TLS and that gave me a chance to park my Dreamwings E170 and give the new Posky ERJ-145 a test flight. My test aircraft was F-GUAM, a ERJ-145MP operated by Air France/Regional Airliens. I took it up for a couple of go-arounds at TLS and was impressed with it, just need to find a better panel for it. Since I do not do much flying in aircraft with real liveries, I am looking forward to the paintkit so I can give it my own personal livery on the 145XR variant. Here are some shots of the aircraft as well as some Airbus traffic at TLS.

Here are some shots of various ai that I spotted either in flight or in the process of taking off or landing. I spotted these during a recent series of flights that took me from Portugal to Ireland to Scotland. I saw a nice mix of short haul, medium haul and long haul aircraft, including one of my favorite aircraft, the BAe 146.
