FSX has an animated pushback truck. Additionally, Dreamwings' Dash-8's have a pushback truck as well.

No. AES is available for FlyTampa's SEA, MDW, SFO and BOS. More coming soon.

And it's well worth the money!

BOS is totaly free. Its free on both Flytampa and AES. Thye also have a few free ones for the default scenery in some airport in Europe
