FS 9 Panel Question

Hi all,
I just re-installed FS 9 after I re-formatted my hard drive, and I've been transferring all of my add-ons back onto my computer and I ran into some problems re-installing a couple panels. I use Eric Marciano's (spelling?) A320 panel for my Airbuses and Bill Grabowski's ERJ panel for my ERJs and each time I try and load either airplane I get an error message saying that "A320.gau not compatible" and when I load the airplane no gauges show up. The same thing happens with the ERJ except that the message says "ERJ.gau". If anyone out there has any suggestions or knows how to fix the problem, it would be much appreciated. Just a thought as I'm no panel expert, but have you re-installed FSUIPC yet?
