It's on AVSIM, and probably Flightsim.com too, I haven't checked.

Here's the link to the model-

http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=99936 (It's a Lufthansa A380, but it has the model in it)

And some repaints-

http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=99984 (full SQ colors)
http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=99982 (Airbus house colors)

It looks great from screenshots, similar quality to EvolveAI and AI Aardvark and the like! Just wanted to let everyone know!

Thanks, I haven't been able to find a decent 380 model yet. Do you know of any?

Well, these links are for AI, but for actually flying, the only decent thing is the payware Overland package. I don't use it myself, but ask Chris (BAW076) and he will sing it's praises for you!

The Overland package. It only has the RR model though, not the GP7200 model.

You can find it at Simmarket.

The one from Robert Verslyus, but that one looks more like the A380 from the renders, not the real thing (along with other inaccuracies).

The Overland model is pretty good. I use it for now until they make a more realistic simulation of the 380. They need to make one with ALL of the 380 systems modeled and accessible, including the state-of-the-art Onboard Information Terminals. I know Next Level Simulations is putting together a payware A380 for FSX, not sure if they'll include one for FS9....I hope so.

Until then, I guess OVerland will have to do.

cheers

Why bother bumping this thread?!

Helicopters can't fly; they're just so ugly the earth repels them.
