I've recently been installing the World of AI Packages into my FS9 (predominantly UK airlines and the 'Heavies' who visit Heathrow and Gatwick). The packages/flightplans are of various dates (ie; winter '06, autumn 06' etc).
However, I've noticed that the airports and airspace (South East England) are pretty quiet traffic-wise in comparison to 'real life', so do the AI packages only apply to the specified dates and to get the full effect should I change from the current date to an earlier season during start-up? Is this the case or am I just expecting too much in the skies/ground!?
I also have 'Traffic' set to 100% in my settings.
Any coments/suggestions would be much appreciated.

Whenever various dates are mentioned, it refers to the particular timetable used to create the flightplans. Most flightplanners strive to update their flightplans twice pr year to cover the major changes in destinations/types/timings, but this of course depend on the data available to them.
In other words, no, the packages doesn't apply to any special date.
