Looking For Qantas B737-500 For FS9

I mistakenly posted this on another thread...

Can anyone help me find a (preferably) freeware or payware Qantas 737-500 for FS9?

I am trying to acquire an example of all commercial a/c that currently operate out of Christchurch (NZCH/CHC) but I cannot belive the difficulty I have had finding a QF 737-500 that they operate on NZ domestic services.

I tried the obvious sources (AVSIM, Simviation, FS Dome etc etc) to no avail and am reaching the tearing my hair out stage to have such an obvious gap in my virtual fleet. Although I own a copy of Wilco's excellent 737 PIC they do not offer any Qantas livery.

Unfortunately I'm not nearly techy enough to even contemplate attemping my own repaint.

So please someone out there spare me any more hair loss!

Qantas dont operate the -500 in NZ or Australia. They operate the 737- 300,400,800NG which would explain why you cant find any Qantas 737-500's around for  Smile

They dont have and -300 for domestic services, only the -400 which is getting phased out and replaced with -800.

I think the Qantas New zealand airline use the -300???

A quick search in the photo database shows most if not all the -300's photos being taken in NZ. Interesting, you learn something new everyday.

Fair point, I don't know why I made such a dumb mistake as that. But having said that i can't find a QF 300 series (which is what I should have been looking for in the first place) either!
