Need Some Help Finding 1/200 Scale Narrowbodies

I am specifically looking for injection molding. My goal is to create a 1/200 scale of a dream TWA fleet comprised of:

747-400
777-300
777-200
767-300
767-200
757-200
MD-90 (yes, 90)
717-200

The widebodies are no problem with Hasegawa. I even found an MD-90 from them as well. I'm having trouble finding a 717 and 757-200 in 1/200 scale. I guess I could chop an MD-90 for the 717, but I'm not that skilled yet.

Any ideas?
