I'm wondering if anyone out there has ever come across any place that makes/sells replica or converted cockpit seats. I've only had a chance to site in a few, but they are very comfortable, and would think there might be a small niche market out there. I'm in the Philly area, so maybe NYC?

I bought an ejector seat and converted it for the study. It cost about £300 and another £150 for a suitable stand to be made- something a bit different... Wifie is not so impressed!

I would think Ebay is the way to go, though I have seen scrapper-direct-to-consumer online stores too.
