FS9 Question - How To Open Cargo Door?

This question has been asked before and was quickly answered.
I have tried to look for the previous thread, but with no luck.

I am aware that in the assignments of FS9 CTRL+E is Engine start, and SHIFT+E is doors open.
Can anyone tell me what the assignment key for cargo door is.
Alternatively how can I set it.

You need to assign the Tail hook and Wing fold assignments.

Also Shift E 2 might open something but often its only the tail hook and wing fold.
