Hi guys
In the late 80's early 90's, while I was still in high school, a local news agency in South Africa published a weekly call-order magazine called "Airplane". It was a weekly issue that ran from #1 to #216.
The magazine was published by a UK-based publishing company called "Orbis".
I recently found all my issues stashed away in the motor-garage, and wondered if it would still be possible to find some issues of this publication, as I managed to collect all parts, except for #34 and #47, as well as cover files of the publication.
Would anyone know whether Orbis is still in existance, or if I would be able to get these issues somewhere?

Your best bet would probably be Ebay.
I went through the same process, trying to complete my sets of Airline Data News and World Airline Fleets News. It took several years, and I had to buy a few duplicate issues I already had to get the issues I needed, but I was finally able to get the issues I needed.

I've got the entire collection, all in binders. Mrs OPSO1 ensures that they are hidden away in a cupboard. I tried Ebay, but got no takers for the complete set- 50 pounds only! People e-mailed me as they wanted one or two issues to complete their collection, but I didn't want to split the collection up. What was nice was going through it a couple of years ago and seeing photos of some of the actual aircraft that I had since flown. They were all dreams whilst I was a young teeneager collecting it each week for 4 years...
