Hi:

I'm new to the model collecting hobby. I'm looking into buying the following:

Diecast metal:
GeminiJets and DragonWings 1:400
Herpa 1:500

These are expensive but good quality from what I hear....

Schaback 1:600

Affordable but cheap looking in my opinion

Plastic

Wooster/Long Prosper
1:250/1:200

They seem to be priced decently but what is your opinion of their quality???

I think Schabak quailty is getting better. I do not like plastic it looks cheep.
