Well the first step is do you want free ware? or pay ware?
Freeware(there are many): library.avsim.net
Payware(there are many): cloud9, flytampa, Imagesim
and the list could go on forever. Do you have a certain area your looking for? ie: LAX, ORD, JFK, LHR, MIA
or are you looking for an overall texture improvement. If so, check out flight1's Ultimate Terrain

Quoting AA388 (Reply 2): I know were to find them just how do i put them into flight sim?
The file you download is usually a "zip" file. Right click on it and "Extract all files", by default to a folder within the folder you're already in. One of the resulting files will be a text file with instructions.
In most cases it's just a matter of moving a folder into the Addon Scenery folder of FS. You need to go to Scenery Library next time you run FS, click "Add Area" and select the folder you just added.

There are many sceneries both freeware and payware available.
Some can be a little tricky to install but if you follow the instructions very carefully you should be fine - they all come with readme files with instructions.
