Hey everyone, I am having some major issues with FSX. I recently bought ultimate traffic on the internet. I go through all the set up and stuff. At the end of the setup, it says that I have multiple traffic files. I have remvoed all other traffic files on FSX and the ultimate traffic traffic doesnt appear in FSX no matter what I do. Please help. Also, a lot of the freeware add-ons such as POSKY add-ons do not work. I have a feeling theres something wrong in the CFG fiels, but I'm lost, by far my largest FS hurdle I have ever faced. Please help.
That indeed sounds like a major problem. I don't use FSX, but everytime I had such trouble with FS9, I just re- installed it on my system. IF there is something wrong with the CFG files, then it should be ok again if you have it installed again.
Then you can make sure all the other traffic is removed from your system as well and you can enjoy the ultimate traffic...
Sorry, that's the only thing I can think of...

If FSX is anything like FS9, you can have multiple traffic.bgl files. I have something like 500 or more traffic.bgl files in my FS9 (one for each airline installed). I think that warning is a hold over from the days of FS2002 when having more than one traffic file would cause problems. If FSX is like FS9, the only trouble you can have with multiple traffic files is if the traffic files have the same flights, then you would be seeing duplicate traffic.

It's like that for me also, i have no idea why but for some reason i will get some files that just will not show up in the aircraft list. It really makes no sense i hope someone knows why this is because there are some models that i really want that don't work
