I'm a bit disappointed with most FSX addons. I bought many addons from many publishers. Wilco/Feelthere, CLS, Justflight, etc... I noticed that from about 10 aircrafts I bought (ABSOLUTELY LEGAL) only 2 had 3D overhead panel in VC! So I went to next addons. Finally I saw "LEVEL-D Boeing 767". Many people said that Level D is the highest level for Flight Simulator...
I flew this aircraft for first time and it worked perfectly. Sound... Panel... Model... Textures... And only one thing. It also had 2D overhead!
What's going on? Or maybe only I have problem with it?
Could anybody explain???
Everything is flexible if you know how to bend it.

I guess its the developers want to get it out fast, with out spending the time to create 3d switches ect. The only Payware addons I have that have 3d overheads are Captain Sim and PMDG. I just bought Wilco's 737 last night, great plane except for the almost unreadable 2d overhead.
To sum it up, if you want extreme quality, stick with PMDG and Captain Sim.
