Sorry for all the questions but I am writing an article for Avsim and need to know this information for some statistics and flight information (from someone else but myself). If you can fill in the template below - thanks guys...

Problems(pilot notes, not fspax): While lining up for landing on 26 ATC directed an MD-80 to land. Seperation seemed to be no more than 100 ft. I took action by throttling up setting 15 degrees of flap and performing a right 360 to land.

Slight loss of separation on finals to 25R because a 747 was departing from that runway approximately 1 minute from t/d of my aircraft. Aircraft cleared runway as mine crossed the threshold.
