Civa Guage For Fs9

Can anyone give me instructions on how to install the civa gauge into the pss concorde for fs9.I just need help in placing the files in the right places.

I have looked at every website imaginable,it would be better if explain how to install the file in laymans terms.I don't understand file syntax etc

ah sure not to worry David,i have given up on the civa ins system.,,.the annoying thing is i know how to operate the ins system its just that i cant install the dam files.I also feel like an idiot because i seem to be the only person who is asking questions about this file,well maybe i am an idiot hmm
