FSX Pushback Question

Can someone help me with the pushback in FSX? I press Shift+P to start the pushback. How do I get the plane to turn left/right so I don't have to turn the aircraft to line it up with the taxiway.

All help appreciated.

Right after you pressed Shit + P, press 1 or 2 for nose to the right or left.

I try this and for some reason it doesn't turn, it did on FS2004.

Whenever I do press the keys, the cockpit panel flashes.
