Need Help For Repainting

Hi all,

I've always tried to make some repaints but my final work as usual was: unsuccessful!
Could any of you give me some repaint tips?

Currently I'm looking for Bellair ATR 72-500 (Flight1) repainting.

I really appreciate your help.

That repaint looks great, well done.

Painting is always a challenge, I still remember my first repaint for FS98 - it took me hours to complete and it still never looked right. Now I spend my days painting for FS9 and I still find it quite relaxing, rather than frustraiting (although there are a few work in progress where I've currently stopped because it's too complicated to fix a mistake).
