Who Has A Complete Set Of OAG 1995-2008?

I am in need of some schedule data for certain cities (8 of them, actually), from 1995 to 2008, EVERY MONTH. O & D markets in the U.S.

I am wanting to negotiate a fee with whomever can help me out with what I need.
