Well, I've found that the general settings in the Settings page are the ones that make a difference in the appearance of the aircraft. (the ones with the mormal slider bars that appear up front) I assume that that is also true for the scenery., but I'm not certain. Hope this helps!

I had this same issue before I got my new video card for FSX. That may be your problem.
If you could, post your computer specs here, and maybe we can troubleshoot for you.

My planes are back to normal now, all i did was change the "default cock pet view" from 3D to 2D, It seems to me irrelevant because i changed it back and it stayed. It must have tregered something.
