Help W/ Windows 7 And Downloading AI

I just got a new cpu with Windows 7 and am trying to download AI packages for FS9 but am having trouble after I download the file to my desktop. When I open the folder and click "setup" (a CFG file) nothing happens; what am I doing wrong??

Hm, what sort of AI packages are you downloading? The ones from Alpha India Group or World of AI?
