Editing FS9 Aircraft For More Responsive Taxi

How does one edit FS9 (2004) Aircraft (I'm assuming in the .cfg file) to increase the responsiveness of taxi. Some planes (notably POSKY and Kittyhawk) just seem to slide even at speeds >10knts. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
