Is it possible to make a flight plan that is operated/routed via another airport?

e.g. MAN-MUC-SIN?

Whenever I do routes like this, I just file a plan such as from MAN-MUC and when at MUC I'll then file the plan for MUC-SIN. No way to do a stopover.

You have to file it Manchester-Munich then as you get your first call to descend into Munich, cancel your IFR clearance, refile in flight planner to Singapore then request IFR to Singapore. You can't do A to C via B unfortunately.
