Came across this site recently - IMPDb.org. Appears to be a decent attempt at creating a substantial database of aircraft in movies/tv shows etc.
In particular they have a list of unidentified aircraft, most of which are probably identified pretty easily, but I was stumped on the one in Live Free or Die Hard. Scoured as many types of VLJs i could think of but couldn't find any that match - any ideas?

That was a thought at one point but the engines are different, the horizontal stabilizer's in the wrong place and the vertical stabilizer joins differently to the fuselage.

The Falcon 10 photo has the third from the rear fuselage window at the wing leading edge to fuselage intersection. In other words there are two windows over the wing. The OP's photo only has one window aft of the wing leading edge/fuselage intersection.
