Back in the 80s and 90s the BAA used to publish a pocket timetable which was available by subscription. It was also possible to buy airport schedules of movements at most UK airports for the summer season at least.
I kept my copies for years until one day I thought they'd be of no value and I put them in the recycling!
I wonder if any one still has copies of these schedules to hand as a friend of mine is keen to simulate the movements at LGW in this period.
If you have copies and you're willing to copy or send onto my friend perhaps you could kindly get in touch.
Many thanks
Tim

Hi Tim

I still have quite a few copies.

Most are up in the loft but due to a little phobia of something I need to be a little 'tipsy' before I go up!
I do have one at hand that I can scan the LGW pages if that is of use?

Will need to go look it out but the date is early 1980.

That would be great Gary.
Whilst you're up there can you see if you have any for the 90s?
Many thanks
Tim

Hi Tim

Sorry, been a little busy and forgot about this thread.

Don't think I have any 90's ones but as I said there is an early 80's around floor level somewhere. Earliest I can look for it is the weekend.

Hope to be in touch then. Promise!

Regards

Gary

Hi Tim

The timetable is not where I thought it was. Spent about an hour looking for it yesterday.
I'm going to keep looking as it is close by somewhere.

Keep in contact at gary@airliners.net to discuss.

Regards

Gary

Tim

Found it!

Was where I though it was in the first place but inside an envelope with something else to keep it clean. Quite a lot of pages to scan and the schedules are classed as 'London' so LHR and LGW are combined. Timetable date is April - June 1980.

Regards

Gary
