Folks ...
I was reading various forums this weekend and I noticed that there is something called the 737club (737club.com) that says they are going to produce limited edition diecast 737-200s. Does anyone have any more info about this endeavour?

The point of the 737club (737club.com) is to release Boeing 737-200 models that appeal to the fans of the 737-200 but that do not warrant a wide-release.
The idea is to provide collectors with models from all over the world, from airlines both past and present.
Only about 700 or so copies of each model will be produced and the only way to get them is to join the club.
There is a $40 membership fee that is good for 2 years (purchase rights for 24 models or so) and all members will also get a free model later on in the year, once things get underway.
