Currently the only payware 787 for flight sim is abacus, but it looks nothing like the boeing 787 soon to enter commercial service. Do you think any of the major flight sim aircraft designers would consider developing this aircraft.

I think that at one point POSKY was working on one, and that may have continued with SkySpirit (AFAIK it was mostly Hiroshi Igami's project), but I really have no idea. For the meantime there's the CamSim 787, but I've kind of given up on a 787 for now.

Quoting MaverickM11 (Reply 6): Any update on any FS9/X 787 in any pipeline, anywhere, any how?
Theres one from aerosim for fsx that I saw the other day. IMO it looked pretty good, it had wingflex, a VC, it comes with a sound package and had PTVs in the cabin that had a moving map! It costs about $50 which I would agree is a bit pricy but it looked good to me, even though some thought it had a poor model and textures and compared it to PMDG's NGX. I think its available on flightsim's pilot shop.

Yeah I own this Aerosim one, its not truly a system simulation like QW will be (though simplified one I think), but graphically its really good, flies nicely and sounds are good too, expensive but worth it if you want decent 787 to use until QW comes out.
