I really enjoy going to airline collectibles shows to
discover the timetables, safety cards, postcards,
advertisements, dining service items...etc, that
airlines have been issuing for the past century,
and meet many wonderful friends who collect them.

While these shows

have long traditions in North America and Europe, does
anyone know of similar gatherings in other parts of the
world, particularly East Asia?

Please feel free to describe your airline memorabilia
collection, especially if you are a Chinese or
Japanese collector.

Regrettably, I have not known of any show or gathering of similar nature here in East Asia. It would have been really nice to have such a gathering in this part of the world but I guess the memorabilia-collecting community here isn't quite as large or as organised.

I personally collect airline-issued postcards, models, first flight covers, stickers, airline-issued souvenirs etc.
