Hey, getting very annoyed now trying to fly my new CLS 340 using FS, as every time I buy a plane and go to fly it, the Loading goes all wrong, it sets a default model, and I cant load any pax. I have gone thru the help section and tried to do it myself, but each time it comes up with a small prop plane and I cant do anything.
Can anyone please help me so I can fly these nice planes properly suing FSpax

You can adjust the payload model, or create one yourself. Open, without running FS, the payload editor from your start menu, and you can create your own payload model. You can use an existing one as the basis.
In FS, you can run the payload editor as well. After clicking cancel in the generic payload model dialog, you can go to aircraft setting, force select payload model, and select one from the 340. You can then, via payload model details, edit the model.
FSPax is a nice tool, I hope you will enjoy it!
