All,

Apologies if this had been discussed. I made a search

I am looking for a virtual radar, a bit like www.radarvirtuel.com, that would provide coverage of the Caribbean and/or eastern Canada around Montreal.

Does such a thing exist?

Thanks for any input.

AIRLINERS.NET CREW
PHOTO SCREENER

Flightradar, Planefinder and radarvirtuel are all fed from 'ground' units, they feed the info from their SBS or NAV box direct to the internet site. If there are no 'ground' units on the area there will be no cover.

What you could did is invest in one, link it to the one of the sites for the rest of us to see. Ha Ha

Mine is on 24/7, only time its switched of is when I'm away on holiday, but when I get to hotel, first thing I do it get reset it from a 'temporary location'.

What you may struggle with is that not all aircraft are fitted with ADS-B, these do not plot on the screen, slowly more and more aircraft are getting it, but over in the Caribbean I doubt any of the 'island hoppers' have it, same as some of the older MD'S, 737 etc.
