I've done some searches and couldn't find much.
When I was in Japan, I saw some really interesting models of the 787 that were for sale. But because I couldn't bring them back in my jam-packed luggage, I did not want to buy any of them.
In the states, however, I'm having issues finding anything decent for a good price.
I'm not looking for anything expensive, or complicated. Just something about palm-sized or a little larger that's a snap-fit put-together thing (I'm no model expert as you can clearly see, I just like collecting the easy ones and looking at them)
I'd recommend Herpa's 1:500 scale if you're trying to stay small and not too pricey while retaining a decent amount of detail. The 787 in this scale is about 11x11 cm.

I used airlinemuseum.com before. I bought 3 models from them. I am still waiting for a UA738 or a 739 by Gemini Jets in 1:200.
