I have a free day in New York on my business trip to the US next week.

Is there a pilot supply store in the area where I could look at and buy a headset and other accessory?

I'm currently doing my PPL in Germany. Could I use the day to take some lessons in a flight school in the area - any recommendations?

True, my questionn was too unspecific. Actually I'm already back to Germany, but I'd be interested in any hints nevertheless, since I'll be coming again. I was and will be in New York City.
