He has uploaded lots of similar programs.

Try, Flying Heavy Metal, hosted by Bruce Dickinson, Lead Singer of Iron Maiden, and a Commercial Pilot in his own right, all episodes (5 in all I think) uploaded to youtube.

Then there is the Discovery Series Ice Pilots featuring Buffalo Airways, only highlights from various episodes can be found on youtube at the moment.

Also try Airport Live, BBC2 broadcast live from Heathrow Airport a few weeks ago, 4 episodes uploaded onto youtube.

Also on youtube is Worlds Biggest Airliner - Part 1 Building the Airbus A380. 5 Parts in all I think.

On Discovery Channel "Airplane Repo".

There is another Discovery Program ""Dangerous Flights", which involves Ferry Pilots delivering second hand General Aviation aircraft, both Props and Jets, around the world to their new owners. Very good show, visiting obscure airports, great visuals as well.

National Geographic has numerous "Aircrash Investigations" episodes of course.

That should get the ball rolling. If I think of others I will add to the list.

Just found this on Youtube.

Discovery Channel, Mighty Planes. Each episode runs about 45minutes.

One episode features the A380. Another the C5 Galaxy. Then there's Mighty Planes, Skibirds, which features the C-130 Hercules. The final one showcases the Antonov 124.

Go to Youtube and type : Discovery Channel Mighty Planes A380.

The same for the rest, just substitute the plane you want to view.

Enjoy!

Just finished watching the Discovery Channel Mighty Planes C5M Super Galaxy. Very good documentary, shows insight into the uprgrading of the C5 Galaxy, including installing the new Glass Cockpit, installation of all complete new wiring, beefing up of the wing to handle the heavier, more powerful GE CF6 engines, a job that takes over 11 months.

Here are some more programs I found on Youtube :

National Geographics : Megafactories Learjet. 45 minutes long.

Boeing 787 Dreamliner. This 43 minute making of documentary, first aired on MNBC.

National Geographics Megafactories Euro Fighter. 45 minutes long.

Megastructures A380. (National Geographic Documentry) 55 minutes long.

All the above programs have been uploaded to Youtube.

Enjoy!

German TV has tons of great documentaris, many of which can be found on youtube as well as Pilots TV. There was also a show back in the 90s called "Abenteur Airport", its in German, pretty corny but awesome since it brings back the glory days of DUS with AA 767s, LH DC10s, SAA 747SPs and the old terminal before the fire.

As far as english shows go, Flying Wild Alaska and Dangerous Flights are really good, Ice Pilots has gotten about as lame as Ice Road Truckers. Airplane Repo is OK, but I seriously question the authenticity of it. I mean how does one get clearence to take off when they're taxiing towards the runway with security vehicles going after them?
