I am thinking of downloading (purchasing) Air Nav Pro for iPad. I need it solely for VFR flying in Southern Europe. There are two options - Standard and Pro. I have been reviewing both and found the Standard version quite suitable. However I have a gut feeling that I will regret not getting the Pro version some months down the line. Any ideas please?

I'm using Air Nav Pro for iPad for vfr flying and I think it's great. With 1/500000 charts, it's a very intuitive and useful tool.

Don't buy a thing from that company. The owner has lied for years about updates to the Radarbox which they produce and has provided little or no developpment for that product for a number of years despite many personal assurances that they would.

You have been warned, what you do with your money is now your choice.

I use Air Nav Pro for iPad for my VFR flying and I love it!

Very easy to create routes in the comfort of my home, and just select the appropriate route
once in the aircraft.

Very nice.

I don't know the difference between Air Nav and Air Nav Pro though.
