Does anyone know how to correct the issue of utilizing FS9 AI light textures in FSX, and having to deal with cloudy lights? The textures were originally DXT3 with a mipmap count of 1, and alpha switched on. I bumped the mipmap count to 8 with no success. For this example, I've added a DL 2007 livery to the 767-400 since Ultimate Traffic 2 did not provide that livery. See below for an example. Model is AIA 767-400:
For comparison, here is another AI aircraft with the light textures showing up correctly. Model is TFS 777-200. While this is a different model, I do not believe the model is the issue.
