Is Satco Down?

I've been trying to connect to SATCO from the past 2 days, but have not been able to do so. www.satco.org also doesn't respond.

Is anyone else having the same problems? Please let me know.

I heard that SATCO either merged with VATSIM or VATSIM bought SATCO.

SATCO is gone. VATSIM is the new one that has essentially replaced SATCO. Not much is different. VATSIM uses Squawk Box and Roger Wilco. The only thing that you need to do is register...that takes a few seconds and you're ready to go. However, there's also another new on-line ATC community. Don't know what it's called but go to http://www.flightsim.com and look on the home page. Near the top or about half-way down the page, you'll see an article for the new community. I haven't tried it yet...
