Does anyone know who sells expired high-altitude navigational charts for flight simulator use? I'm looking particularly for Europe in the 1999-2000 timeframe.

Thanks,
Kurt

I don't know of anyonw who sells old charts, but I do know of a company here in the US that sells High-Altitude Charts for Europe.

Here's a link for that page on their website:

Here's a tip, go out to the local airport and ask for them. They throw them away since they have no use for them anymore. I saved $80 bucks on all US approach charts because they were just going to throw them all away.

... Great idea, but they probably aren't going to have High Altitude charts.

The scenery for most of these simulators is older, so if I could get a set of charts from that timeframe it would do a better job matching.

Thanks,
Kurt

actually, I went to a neighbor who is a corporate pilot and he gave me ALL of his old charts (high and low). Since they expired, he had no use for them. They are fairly recent, but I have found no problems with the scenery match-up yet and have been using them for a few months now.
