Has anyone had problems with Intelligent Telivision and Video? They make this excellent videos from the cockpit and I really enjoy watching them but I'm having problems contacting them. Recently I ordered their new 747-400 video along with a F-100 video. I recieved the 747-400 video but they sent me a A330-200 video. This is not the first time this has happened to me either, it wasn't that big of a deal the first few times because I didn't have the videos but I have the video from the A330. Just curious if any of you guys have had problems with this?
