The simulation "ATC simulator" is featured in the magazine Computer Pilot. In it, the reviewer states that ATC simulator is "easy to learn, yet difficult to master." Also, he continued to say that the manual did not help too much, leaving the owner of the game to have to find possible answers to questions via the internet.

I have it and at first you have no idea whats going on, then after a while you figure it out. But I gets really boring after a while, I thout it was a waste of $60.00 plus the head set $20.00 which didnt even work. But if you into ATC go for it. -Brett

You could try ATCC It is a free download. http://www.xavius.com/index.html It comes in LITE & Pay editions I think. The pay one comes with digitized voices. That is the only difference I think.

I have had no formal training in ATC except only by listening to ATC on the computer and working a couple shifts at the MSP tower, but I thought the game is easy and enjoyable to play.
