I don't think I want to remove it. At least in my flight simulator, I want to be able to enjoy the skyline of Manhattan as it belongs to be. I've always wanted to see Manhattan, but never been there. I don't want to ruin the virtual Manhattan like the real one was ruined.

Regards

Ikarus

I think it's really cool that Microsoft would make a patch. Crank, thanks for the link.

Hey Crank,

Thanks for the link, I just updated my Flight Simulator 2000 a few minutes ago with the new patch.  Smile

As I have been to there and seen it, I dont want to get rid of it. I love flying in and seeing the skyline. I may change my mind later on, but for now I would rather keep it like it is.

To me it is a constant reminder of what was once and what will never be again. It makes going into EWR, LGA, or JFK very difficult for me. So I have chosen to remove it. It's funny, I had flown into New York a thousand times before 9-11 but not once had I really stopped to look out the window and enjoy the skyline of New York anchored by the WTC. Now I certainly will.
