Hi all! I'm in a webmaster at the newly created VA called Asia Air! We hope to offer our pilots and management level staff a fun yet realistic airline operation environment that not all VAs offer. We offer a highly attractive fleet, destinations and highly flexible working environments!
Here are our stats...

Homepage (Buttons not set yet, I created that site  Smile/happy/getting dizzy ) http://1truth.8k.com/Main.swf
Email (For those intrested):asia-air@mail.com
Hubs:Singapore(SIN)
Hong Kong(HKG)
Taipei(TPE)
Fleet:B737-900
A330-300
B777-200ER
B747-400
Positions Avaliable:Painters
Webmaster good at databases
Hub managers
Fleet managers
Painters
Flight instuctors
Pilots

Flexibility Options:
1)We credit them with a certain percentage of the flight hours based on their flight time that month with another VA associated with Asia Air

2)We allow up to 20 days of absence but they have to inform us in 2 days advance (Then they will not have to fly so much that month but will have to fly more the next)

3)Those who do long range flights (8hrs+) get bonus hours so they would have to fly less to complete that months requirements.

4)They can put forward the extra hours they have flown in that month so they will fly less the next.

5)We allocate short routes to those who have trouble flying on long ones

6)We also give those who do short routes more sectors that they can finish when they have time and not jam the whole flight together
