Force FeedBack In FS2002

Do you really feel bunps, windshears and that kind of stuff with this joystick. Is it realistic and worth the money. Is it compatible with FS2000.

with the force feedback function............. HK$ 420 !!

I have it, and it's great!!!!!. However, I have to install it each time I use it, because if not the pc doesn't recognise it. Does anyone know how to solve it????
