Asia Air is a brand new virtual airline that is set to revolutionize e-travel with the hope of providing pilots and management level staff with a fun yet realistic airline operation environment that few VAs can and are willing to offer. Asia Air offers a highly attractive and thoroughly modern fleet with a diverse destinations set to cater for e-travellers around the globe, all with a working environment that is both challenging, relaxed and flexible.

In the future, Asia Air hopes to expand to include a more expansive workforce but for the time being, the following positions are available:
Webmaster good at databases
Hub managers
Fleet managers
Flight instructors

In the future, Asia Air hopes to expand to include a more expansive workforce but for the time being, the following positions are available:

Flexibility Options:
1) We credit them with a certain percentage of the flight hours based on their flight time that month with another VA associated with Asia Air

2) We allow up to 20 days of absence but they have to inform us in 2 days advance (Then they will not have to fly so much that month but will have to fly more the next)

3)Those who do long range flights (8hrs+) get bonus hours so they would have to fly less to complete that months requirements.

4)They can put forward the extra hours they have flown in that month so they will fly less the next.

5)We allocate short routes to those who have trouble flying on long ones

6)We also give those who do short routes more sectors that they can finish when they have time and not jam the whole flight together

Asia Air,
the post is enough. You need not make a list of people's e-mail addresses and email them with the same information. That kind of advertising for a VA is insane.

To be honest with you, I haven't a clue why anyone would want to fly for a VA. What is the point??
Just buy flight simulator!

Yeah, don't spam us with it.

Flying for a VA can be fun. Depends a lot on the VA, of course. If you don't like long flights don't fly for a VA having mainly longhaul routes...
The people can also be nice, plus a VA adds that bit of extra realism in having a set of flights and schedules to fly to (if you want to, you can of course fly wherever you want as long as you log the minimum required hours or flights)

I wish I were flying

The problem with working for a va is too many people treat it like it's a real job, you sometimes get bossed around just like if you were employed, and you are not even getting paid for the work you do. It kinda makes it a waste of time because you are employed but not getting paid, and really, flight sim is supposed to be for fun anyway.

However, do like to paint aircraft and I might be able to contribute there, but I'd rather not be a pilot for a VA for the time being.

I agree with Aloha 737-200. Too many people take it too seriously...i have left VAs for that very reason. I like flying for VAs that have a relaxed atmosphere and are friendly. However I think spam mail for VAs is just wrong. Really bad advertising if you ask me, Asia Air.
