How Do I Disengage The Wing Leveler?

Finally got my new graphics card (Ge Force MX 400 64mb)
Would recommend it to anyone!
Anyway, I need help on disengaging the wing leveler.
I've tried all the posts that have been put on here before, but just cannot do it!
I've also tried this way:

use_no_default_bank

But I just cannot do it! Is there another way?

you have to write use_no_default_bank=1 in each aircraft.cfg and not use_no_default_bank
