What cities come with detailed scenery in FS2002 standard, and pro?

Greetings:

Most major cities have detailed scenery in FS2k2 but I think the west coast is more detailed then the east cost. Cities like San Fran, LA, Seattle, Vegas, and even San Diego really look great. Even though New York has tons of buildings they could have done a better job. I think the Empire State Building looks like SHIT.

The only detailed airport in Europe I have seen so far is LHR. Most mayor US airports are highly detailed (LAS, ATL, LAX etc.)
