Hey, Dont buy it from the airport, it is always 30 to 50% more than the retail price in shop. I learned this from my Herpa purchase at Chicago airport.

Yeah but I like to examine the models before I buy them so I can know what to get from Ebay. Plus there is usualy other stuff like tapes and books, etc.
Do you know of an ATL shop?

There are not any shops other than Flight Station (which sells Delta stuff and is only open to airport personnel), however, a few miles from the airport, Flight Station operates a store off of Virginia Avenue and they sell aircraft models (Delta, DLX, Western, PanAm, and Delta Connection models). They have models from Flight Miniatures, Herpa, and another company (can't recall which one though). If you have enough time to go over there, it is worth the trip. I always wished there was a kiosk selling models (like at IAD), and if I had the money, I'd open one up myself.

Hey thanks for the info but I returned today. There is a shop at IAD. I was there but I cant remeber exactly were I was. All I know was that I flew on a NWA A319. Maybe if you go to NWA's gates then you will find the shop. Good luck!!
