Air Band Frequencies

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could please tell me where I might be able to locate airband frequencies for UK airlines so that I could programe them into my scanner.
Any help would be appreciated very much,thanks.

Well I live in Guernsey but the airband frequencies are for a friend who lives in Manchester so could you please tell me the local frequencies for around there.Thanks.

well, luckily i live in Sheffield so the frequencies will be the same...

MANCHESTER AIRPORT
Approach - 119.40
Tower - 118.625
Ground - 121.70
ATIS - 128.175

LEEDS/BRADFORD AIRPORT
Approach - 123.75
Tower - 120.30

SHEFFIELD AIRPORT
Tower/Approach - 128.525

MANCHESTER CONTROL
Manchester Control South - 124.20
Manchester Control North/East - 126.65
Manchester Control North - 125.10

LONDON CONRTOL
Over the Irish Sea - 129.100
Over the North Sea - 128.125
Pole Hill* - 131.050

Scottish Control
North of 55N degrees - 129.225

*Pole Hill is a VOR at which aircraft pass flying north of when flying en-route to Scotland then out over the Altantic to the US or Canada.
