Since FlightSim.com turned to crap, I've pretty much resorted to http://www.simviation.com. If you're looking for turbo props, they have a section just on them.
http://www.flightsim.com If you can even get logged in, theres a huge variety of stuff. I think it has a ton of BA aircraft, but use of it is limited because it so hard to get logged-in.
http://www.avsim.com/posky THE best place if you love heavies, like me. High Quality airplanes: 747, 767 (New GMAX!), 777, A330 (New GMAX!) and with 737, 757, and A340 coming soon.
http://www.avsim.com/projectairbus They currently only offer the A300-600 with four liveries, several Russian aircraft, and a POSKY 767 painted in special Gulf Air colors, but their superb A320 (from screenshots) are coming quite soon! (Heard that more than 80 liveries have already been painted)
http://www.avsim.com/hjg Historic Jetliners Group, offering old aircraft such as the 707 and the 727.
http://pages.infinit.net/camsim/ A great site with the A330, A340, 777, and A380! It's A380 version 2 is quite nice, with a wingview. But aircraft quality is lower than other sites.
Be carefull with Wilco. There are currently a lot of people who ordered on their site but haven't gotten their goods weeks or in some cases over a month later. Emails go unanswered or bounce, etc.
I can recommend The PSS Airbus and Dreamfleet 737 for short/medium haul jetliners.
Don't like Camsim jets, POSKY makes great heavies. CSi MD11 is a classic.
FFG DC-10 and MD-90 are the best. http://www.flightsimnetwork.com/premaircraft for good CRJs and Twin Otters (their Dash 8 is disappointing, sadly).

If you can't get into Flightsim the first time try again and again. I can always get in I don't know what these guys are complaining about becuase if u try it shouldn't take longer then 5 mins to get in. By having limits to who gets in it decreases download time.

Dash8, I've had so much trouble getting into fs.com in the recent past I don't even bother trying anymore.
And if you do get in, 50% of the time you're kicked out again when you click a download link or else the download is slow, very slow.
Other sites offer exactly the same, are faster and friendlier.

Another site to stay away from is fsplanet.com. Something like four pop-ups every time you load a page. Plus, pages load SLOW, download is SLOW, and the search feature SUCKS.
As for Flightsim, I find the search feature quite comparable with avsim. Pages and Downloads are quite fast.
