I have an extra copy of the UA/US merger booklet. Interesting booklet that deals with the nitty gritty deatils of the merger like it acutally happened. If your interested in it we can talk about it.

Ok this little booklet was given to all CS agents in preperation for Day One of the combined UA/US. It has what we were to expect, what to tell passengers, all sorts of little details. On the cover is a shot of a 747 baning to the left into a sunset. Pretty picture, how appropriate in retrospect. I left the my copy at work I'll bring it tomorrow, I'll tell you more of what's inside. You want me to e-mail you?

I too would be interested in hearing about this! My grandma retired not long before the whole UA/US thing started to happen, she was a resagent in Pittsburgh. So i missed most of the good details lol. If you could e-mail me too i would appreciate it!
