As for your question, I use the default 777 panel for all my addon aircraft. Easy to use and easy to read.

It's payware from Phoenix Simulation Software (PSS). It was originally desigined for FS2000 but FS2002 updates have been posted. You can buy it at http://www.phoenix-simulation.co.uk/
